Unfortunately you cannot make it correct now because this was your fault that you mentioned the wrong spelling and NTA is not responsible for this but you need not to worry for exam because you can still appear in the exam but yes you can get some complications in counselling process. So, I would recommend you to reach out to the NTA help-desk.

You should leave a mail to the concerned authorities(NTA) informing them about your problem and they might help you with this issue.
