Hello aspirant,

Documents such as your birth certificate, school leaving certificate, mark sheets, sports certificates, and possibly a caste certificate (if applicable) are typically required when applying for sports admissions.  A passport-sized photo, your signature, and, if the school requests it, your entrance exam results may also be required.
