Sr I got orthopaedics in Telangana college in round1...I want to upgrade in round2 ...in the meanwhile I have to report the college or no?

Dear Sai, you need to go to the college in which you have been alloted a seat currently and surrender the seat. There is a stipulated time frame within which you can do this. Please refer the allotment letter given. You need to surrender your seat in that colege in person. And then you can participate in the next round of counselling and you will not be penalised for the same. This process is called free exit.
