You can get an equivalent certificate from the State Education Board where you completed your diploma, and then you can enroll in a D.Pharm program. The Indian government has stated that your 3-year diploma is equivalent to a 12th-grade qualification. You can easily pursue a BA or BSc after your 3-year diploma. If any university denies you admission, you can file a police complaint. There is no need to repeat 12th grade. You can even take the IIT-JEE exam after your diploma. The best option is that you can directly enroll in the second year of a BSc (IT) program after your diploma.
