According to 2018 statistics,  you might get a seat in any NIT or GFTI. And the local government colleges will not consider JEE Mains as the admission criteria. But there will be many private colleges that offer a admission and fee waiver based on the JEE Mains rank. So, check for the private colleges in your vicinity and contact the Admissions Council to know if they are gonna offer you a seat. Hope this helped.
