If you want to do polytechnic you can do it ,the elgibilty criteria for most of the polytechnic is 10th or 12th marks aggregate.Minimum candidate must have 40-45% or above.Then you can apply for admission to different colleges.Some colleges may have their entrance exam you have to qualify them and apply for admission.I hope it helped.
