There will be colleges that do not have any entrance examinations but conduct admissions based on the merit scored in your Graduation. And should you fulfil their criteria, you can certainly take admission in such colleges. But these are either Private Colleges or Deemed Universities. Few are:

MBA is a management course, without entrance exam, you cannot get an admission best MBA colleges like IIM Ahmedabad, IIm Bangalore, IIm Calcutta, IIm Indore etc. these are top MBA colleges.

some colleges take admission in MBA without entrance exam but they follow their own procedure to take admission like personal interview etc.

in my opinion, you get admission through entrance exam like CAT, MAT etc. this gives you admission in best college you secure your future.

Without appearing for none of the entrance examinations held throughout year by different Institutions ,you can't get admission to MBA programmes.Even there are some Institutes which give you admission to MBA programme but you have to appear for their special entrance test.
