Service Selection Board (SSB) conducts interview of the candidates applying for the Army, Navy and Air Force. This interview is five days long procedure, with stage I followed by stage II. Intellligence and personality tests are also included in the interviews. The whole process of SSB is for 900 marks.  

The interviews were scheduled to take place in the month of June for around five days. 

• Stage I: Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) and Picture Perception & Description Test (PP & DT).
• Stage II: Interview, Group Testing Officer Tasks, Psychology Tests and conference.
