You have not mentioned your exam name but I am going to assume its NEET

If you're looking for admission in government college, unfortunately even under the ST category it's very hard, almost impossible to get admission with these marks. The cutoff marks for Andhra pradesh ST Category have not gone below 470 and the ranks have not exceeded 60,000. So your admission in a government college might not be possible.
