Dear candidate

The home state of a student is supposed to be the state of India through which student has passed his/her 12th boards examination.

According to your case ,you have passed 12th from Delhi ,then Delhi is considered as your home state.

And also all the admission procedure will be taken place considering the fact that your home state is DELHI.
