According to your category rank you can get NIT but not top NITS. In andhra pradhesh you may get NIT seat near to closing rank for few branches like electrical,electrical and communications,mining,metallurgy,chemical.Around andhra pradhesh there are NITS like NIT warangal,NIT surathkal etc in which there is no chance of getting a seat. for furthur clarification you can check the following links

Analysing the previous year data, you have fair chances of getting into NITs with your preferred branch. Your category rank should be within 700 to get CSE in the top NITs. But with your rank, you can get admission in some medium to lower NITs.
