This college provide only 10 seats under All India Quota whereas other 140 seats are further reserved for different types of Reservation like

Institutional Staff Quota (Karnataka), Roman Catholic Christian Religious Sisters (Nuns), Roman Catholic Christian Dalits, Catholic General Merit e.t.c.

As you have mentioned that you are unreserved category then you need to get atleast 600+ such you rank comes below  3500.
