It depends on your initial Job profile and company. I would recommend you to search job in private sector rather than Govt. sector as there is tremendous growth potential in Private jobs if you perform good. Also, try to get first job in a good company on companys payroll. Though initial salary may be very good on off-roll jobs but try to avoid. The salary potential is very high and depends on your caliber and knowledge but now a days initial salary starts from 20K - 25K.
