No, no any stationary item is allowed to carry for NEET UG 2021 because it will be provided by the NTA at your examination center.

You have to carry only following items to NEET 2021 examination center :-

*** NEET admit card

*** Passport size photograph

*** Postcard size photograph

*** Valid ID proof - PAN card, Aadhaar card, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport, Ration card

*** Mask on face

*** Gloves on hand

*** Personal transparent water bottle

*** Personal small hand sanitizer (50 ml)
