Dear Vineeta, DGHS will release the merit list for Stray Vacancy in 1:10 ratio. For example for every 1 seat available, 10 students will be listed. And this list is prepared totally on the basis of merit by DGHS. MCC has listed the merit list for Stray Vacancy Round at its official website mcc.nic.in. There is no official information regarding BAMS Counselling yet. We need to wait to hear from the State Authorities.
