Candidates Must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board .
So it's doesn't matter you have passed with regular exam or in the compartment exam but you must have passed your every subject in 12th class.
The class 12 percentage required for NEET 2022 exam is separate for each category and can be listed as under. NEET eligibility marks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects
UR - 50%,
OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
PWD - 45%
So your PCB aggregate marks must be more than 50% marks if you belong Gen category.
as you have mentioned 54% aggregate marks, if it's aggregate marks of PCB subject instead of whole 12th class subject then you are qualified to take neet exam and get admission in medical College.
