Yes, you can pursue graduation in Bachelor's of Arts in political science or any other subject, even when you studied and cleared exams in science subjects in class 12th.

However, according to University of Delhi guidelines, you may face a deduction of 1% when you will calculate Best four subject percentage. This deduction will be due to the fact that political science will not be included in calculation of marks, as you studied science.
