Since you have not mentioned the field of entrance, I'm stating the subjects asked in all of them. Keep a note that 50 questions are asked from each subject and each question weighs 4 points with 1 mark for negatives. 

For B.Tech (Engineering)

• Physics
• Chemistry
• Mathematics

For BTech (Biotechnology)

• Physics
• Chemistry
• Biology

And no English is not included in the exam. You don't have to worry about that .
