Hello there,

The subjects in B. Tech first year is same for all the branches. They will be related to what you have studied in 11th and 12th standard like basic electronics,basic electrical ,basic mechanical,evs,maths(in both sems), chemistry,c or c++, engineering graphics,physics, english, mechanics of solids.

You will also have lab classes that include c++, physics lab, chemistry lab,electrical and electronics lab,basic mechanical lab, etc.
