Hey,

Master of Business Administration is a two years course offered by different B schools. The admission is provided on the basis of marks scored by students in the entrance exam.

There are different exams which one can give in order to take admission but for IIMs you need to give CAT which is conducted every year once on the last Sunday of November.

The CAT exam comprises of three section that includes, QUANTITATIVE Aptitude- basically maths upto class 10th

Reasoning - Includes logical reasoning and Date interpretation.

Verbal ability.

There are many books which you can choose to prepare for that exam. The best is Arun Sharma books.

The total marks of the exam in 300 and you are given 3 hours, one hour for each section.
