Correct Answer: Rs. 2,400

Solution : Answer = Rs. 2,400

Share forfeiture account credited by Rs. 600 x 5= Rs. 3,000.
Share forfeiture account debited by Rs. 600 x 1=Rs 600.
The amount transferred to capital Reserve = Rs.2,400.
Hence, the correct option is 1.
