It is good to see that the young men like you are interested in joining the armed forces. If this is your first attempt, then it is good that you want to go to a coaching centre. Some of the best coaching centres in India are;

If this is your first time, then it is good that you are planning to go for coaching classes. It will help you get familiar with the rigorous environment. The environment is such, that as a civilian you might not be used to it, the closest which can come to that environment are the SSB coaching academies. There will be several tasks which you will have to perform to the best of your ability. Some of the tasks will be group tasks and some will be individual tasks. I also suggest you start reading newspapers (If you don’t do it currently). Since you will be evaluated on physical parameters as well, I suggest you start doing some cardio and strength exercises as well. Learn to speak confidently and express yourself without sounding over enthusiastic. Be to the point.

All these points will be told to you at the SSB coaching centre as well, but I am just giving you a heads up so that you are better prepared mentally. You will be probed emotionally, physically and mentality for a weakness. Another important this is to be truthful and honest. If you fake, it will eventually be found out.
Most important of all enjoy yourself out there. You will learn more about yourself in those five days, than you have ever learnt in your entire life till now.
