There are some good journalism courses being offered by Government and Missionary colleges in Bangalore. These includes Diploma in Journalism being offered by National Academy of Cinema and Television and BA (Journalism) being offered by Christ University.

The advantage of studying at these institutions is that they have a comparatively less tuition fee and offer a good curriculum.
