You can chase top tier I of MAT with low fees Simsree mumbai Govt of MH, Pumba:Pune univ (1.4L only,low investment high RoI).

As MBA is univ progrm so cost is comparatively lower .Other Tier I colleges provide PgDM/PGPm 5–16 L around ,xime blore,Bimtech noida ,IFMR, Great lakes Chennai
