Hello aspirant

If you wish to apply for jobs, you can do so either from the college placement that your institution may provide or off-campus placements. For college placement, you need to register yourself with the college's Placement Cell and they will provide you with the details. For off-campus placement, you will have to reach out to the companies and ask for any job vacancies.

For the PhD program, you will have to prepare a research proposal for admission, but before that, you need to appear for the entrance exam that the institution to which you are applying may have. After you have cleared it, you will be called in for interviews. Yes, they conduct multiple interviews in order to understand your research IQ and the research proposal that you must have sent the institution. After all these grilling procedures, you will finally be selected.

Hope this helps
