suppose if i clear jee main and giving jee advance and in that i didnt qualify do i have to qualify jee mains again for the second attempt of jee advance

Yes, you must reappear for JEE Main. If you pass, you would be eligible for JEE Advanced in your second attempt, if you are a candidate from the GENERAL category.

Yes, you have to appear for JEE Main again, qualifying which, you will be eligible for JEE Advanced for the Second attempt, assuming you are one of GENERAL Category Candidates.
