Your percentage will increase surely. Because your 90 marks will be added as your new score for Maths in your exams. This will improve your total. So this will also improve your total over all percentage and the marks sheet also will show this increased percentage. It will also be written in the marks sheet as PASS. And then whenever you fill an application form you will have to give your new percentage and new marks. But the year and month you passed will be the month you wrote your compartment exams.
