Its percentile and not percent. The NTA declared result for jee mains in terms of percentile and not the percentage marks obtained. Percentile refers to the- number of students per hundred, who has lower score than you. You have performed better than that percentage students. Suppose if you have gor 90 percentile, that means your score is more than 90 percent students.

Here both conditions are possible if you can get marks 324 in jee mains then it is the percentage and percentile is more than 90 and if you can get 61-70 marks then it is possible that you can get percentile in between 90 so here you can decide based on your marks.
