To apply in NEET you have to score minimum 50% of marks in your 12th board exam for general category and minimum 40% of marks for OBC/SC/ST category candidates.

The minimum age limit: 

For the general category, the minimum age, candidates born on or before January 1st, 2003 and the maximum age is not more than 25 years.

For obc, sc, st category the minimum age is the same and maximum age of the candidate, not more than 30 years.
