If you get admitted to a college or university, submit all your documents and pay the admission fee, that seat is considered yo be occupied (by you).

Lets assume that the counselling process for AIQ is over by the time all of this happens (which is usually done by the time state counselling starts).

So now if you plan to vacate the seat for any reason, you will have to pay the full fees of the entire course to vacate that seat (because it will be a waste otherwise)

Now lets assume that you get a seat and decide not to attend that college (You havent paid any fee till now), the registration fees will not be refunded.
