Hello Prabhat, NO you cannot get two scholarships at a time if and since normally the rule strictly mentions that one candidate cannot be entitled to receiving two scholarships. This is to accomodate more deserving people into scholarship schemes and also since the money often comes from a common source. The same rule applies everywhere.

As you want to know that you have taken admission in Swami Vivekananda meritcum College and you have to 2 scholarship at the same time but they are not granting you both the scholarships together at the time.
