Yes, tshirts with color is valid in neet exam but the colour of the t shirt should not be very bright and should be of half sleeves. Full sleeves t shirts are not permitted in neet exams. Definitely it is valid.

Half sleeves tshirts and trousers is valid for men .You can wear slipper or flat sandel.Any other wearings like watch,chain,belt ,ring etc are not allowed.
