Vamshi, As per your query i would like to tell you Telangana state don't come under 15% All India Quota. Telangana state fill there seat through 100 %state quota.

According to NEET notification 
Students from the States of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and J & K are NOT ELIGIBLE for 15% all India quota seats(Government and private) as these States had opted out of All India Scheme since its inception.

I assume you are mistaken here. Telangana, along with Andhra Pradesh and J&K, do not take admissions on MBBS/BDS seats under All India Quota (AIQ). Right from the starting, these states opted out of AIQ scheme. If this changes for any of the three states, it will be declared. However, as of now, the status is that all these three states do not come under AIQ. 

 

 

Instead, 100% MBBS/BDS seats in Telangana are filled through state counselling conducting authority on the basis of NEET scores.

 

 

 

So, no medical colleges in Telangana (private or government) has any AIQ seats.
