Yes, Telangana students are eligible for AP eamcet counselling. TS and AP students can join in any college but reimbursement is only given for home state students and income should be less than 1 lakh per annum.

Any one can state level exams in the whole country ao if you are a telangana or ap student candidate their be no problem in joining any colleges with their respective state level exams but all you need is to see about reimbursement.  The reimbursement is given by your home state if only your annual income is less than 1lakh.
