see neet ug is basically for admission in mbbs, bds, bams etc health science courses. most colleges take admission either by merit or on basis of 10+2 marks, some have their own entrance test. you need to check the official website of colleges to apply for admission process.

BSC in anaesthesia is a 3 years undergraduate course and its eligibility criteria is to pass 12th or equivalent with minimum 45% marks in physics,maths and chemistry.The fees structure for this course will be in the range from 25k to 45k and Neet exam is not mandatory for this courses ,it depends on the in institution some may offers through merit marks.I hope information may helps you a little bit.
