with a score of 557 marks in neet 2019 under bc-b category your chances of getting a seat for mbbs/bds in any government medical colleges of Haryana is quite high as compared with previous year's cutoff marks.

Following are the list of govt.medical colleges in haryana with there 2018 cutoff marks for 85% state quota seats :-

1.PBDS pg institute of medical science,Rohtkar  - 555

2. SHKM medical college, Nalhar - 514

3. Kalpana chawala govt.medical college,Karnal - 528

4. ESIC, Faridabad - 527

5. Pg institute of medical science,Rohtkar - 418

So, hopefully this year's cutoff marks will also be around this,and so you had good chances of getting a seat in any of these government medical colleges easily.

You have scored good in neet 2019, and with this marks you can surely have haryana medical colleges. 

According to last year analysis of opening marks for mbbs  of government medical colleges under state quota were 514 for bc-b category. 

So you can get  a government medical college there. Apply for the counselling process.
