You can go for B.Pharm and B.Sc in medical subjects without giving NEET.

You can go for bams bhms courses. You can also go for bsc nursing, paramedical courses like bopt , radiology,etc etc. These all can be done without giving neet ug entrance exam. However you have to give there separate entrance exams for getting seats in govt college. For private college, you can go directly without entrance exam.
