also you can get a B.(voc) course in delhi university.Also the tuition fee at delhi university is reasonable. 

coming to pvt colleges, you can easily get admission in amity university, sharda university, LPU but the degree will hold absolutely no value after 3 or 4 years.Also, the fee at private colleges is comparitively higher.
