Hi, An engineering degree integrated with an MBA specialization from a reputed B-school  a classic combination for success in the corporate world. BUT opting Finance/Marketing/HR would clearly contrast your engineering degree, which will be of no use. So you can choose IT Management/Business Analytics etc.
You will have both the degrees and will save a year but not to forget that you have to be clear with your intention that what you want to be and which course you want to go in.
With good performance in the academic years you shall have good placements and job options. Hope this helps.
