Here are some tips for you:
Make a schedule based on  your daily routine. Include all your activities in your timetable. Give 4-5 hours to study and during these 4-5 hours, study with full concentration and focus and be very honest and dedicated towards your studies. 
Give equal time to all subjects and focus on areas which you are weak in.
Do not stress youself and take rest to work efficiently.
Keep your mind and body relaxed and active.
Focus on NCERT first and once you are done with NCERT then refer to other reference books to improve your performance.
Prepare short notes and list out the main points or draw diagrams that can help you to recall all the answers quickly. Revising the whole syllabus from scratch may seem impossible in the limited time available. 
Do not pile up your doubts. Clear them as soon as possible by asking your teachers or simply pt up your query here on careers360 so that we can help you.
Make sure you take proper rest, sleep early and do not study till late night.
