JKCET is of 3 hour duration and there is total of 180 objective type multiple choice questions.

The paper comprises 3 sections via- Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics

Each section has 60 questions.

All the questions will carry one mark each while 0.25 marks will be deducted for every incorrect response.


Coming to AICET, the exam is divided into two parts: one Creative Ability Test (CAT) and the second is the General Ability Test (GAT).

There will be 100 questions in total with no negative marking schme in this examination.

There are 4 sections with 25 questions from each of the different subjects.

Questions are asked on Quantitative Ability, Analytical Ability, Communication Ability, and General Knowledge & Current Affairs.
