For NEET, there is no change from last year.

If there is any change it may be announced later along with the notification for prospectus and application.
Mostly there will be no changes I think.

There is no change in our twelfth standard paper. Only the course material is updated with reference to CBSE pattern.

There is a book calles Baravi Mitra where you can see how toppers have actually answered the 12 papers. So u get an idea how to answer.

In terms of medical yes the pattern is changed since two years. Earlier MHT CET was conducted for the Medical Entrance now it is NEET UG. The pattern of questions have been updated to AIPMT level. Hence i would recommend NCERT textbook for NEET UG preparations. NEET UG since two years have no changes except from next year onwards it will conduct entrance for AYUSH Courses also eg BAMS BHMS BUMS etc.
