Dear aspirant !

Hope you are doing great ! It depend on your interest ,however generally btech is considered better than bsc because bsc is a traditional course ,no job security is there ,many students prepare for government job after bsc which should not be done ,on the other hand we have btech which offer job security as well if you study in btech properly you will surely be placed in any good company with good package . So my opinion is also that you should look for btech in any branch than bsc agriculture.

College for btech are IITs ,nits,IITs but you need to qualify jee mains for that ,forms are out you can fill . For private colleges ,you can directly take admission but have to pay a large amount per annum approx 3to 4 lakh. While for government it is quite low.
