You asked for the true review of the THDC uttarakhand college.

Look, there are several good & bad points for THDC.

Good points:

• due to new establishment the hostels rooms are in good condition relatively
• labs , equipment , is also new in good condition relative basis
• if you make a fourth year project(or any other project based on your innovation ) and it works then college will fund it
• there's a little ease for getting internship in THDC
• low college fees( total cost of hostel+academic+food= is less then 5L for 4 years)
• free gate coaching

Bad points:

• less no. of students are placed(10-50 in batch of 360)
• 10% of favulties are good

So, according to me, for civil, you may go for it if & only if you are passionate & you want to go for higher studies in future.
