It seems you are asking this for JEE-Main 2022, if not then kindly correct me in the comment section given below.

See 75% criteria is currently relaxed and the eligibility criteria of JEE-Main always consist of 5 subjects like PCM + Language + any other one , so it would remain same and even if the criteria does not gets restored then also you need to have pass in all the subjects as per the current eligibility criteria.
