The address does not matter too much while NEET exam or Counselling. It is not that important. If you have filled your permanent address and temporary address, that will not cause any harm to your NEET admissions also for NEET admit. Note that, important things to fill is your 10th and 12th standard details and scanned documents. Also, scanned signature and passport size photo.
