If yes,then which state you are from.Ok fine.
Admission are mostly completed and if you are in a position that you can't wait for a year then,

Try admissions in the private colleges near by you or available in your state.
If you can travel another state you can even try for it.
Some or other colleges will be definitely having management quota seats and recommendation seats.

You can try with them.Hopes are still alive.
But it needs to get stressed.Finding a college with a seat is little bit difficult but not impossible.

Let me tell you that as far as admission in MBBS are concerned they are over now. Most of the councelling process and all is done by now. Not only councelling but regular classes are also started in most of the college.

Now you can start preparing for next year and get admission.
