Hello Candidate,
For basic level you should start with NCERT books, as the JEE syllabus is completely based on these books.
For advance level, you can opt for Solomon and Fryles JEE adapted version by MS Chauhan for theory only. ( as there are several concepts not in JEE syllabus as well as lots of named reactions nowgere near JEE syllabus)
Other than that, you could solve study materials of reputed coaching institutes and previous years JEE main and JEE advance papers.
