There is no such a book which is best or bad but  I can provide you the list of some books which can help you a lot -

1.M.S. CHOUHAN (LAXMI PUBLIXATION)

2 HIMANSHU PANDEY ORGANIC CHEMISTRY

3 DR O. P.  TANDON

THese books are enough for organic chemistry.
