It will not be a problem but I would rather suggest you to drop a mail to the exam conducting body to be on a safer side rather than taking into consideration that things will run smooth.

Just drop a mail to the exam conducting authority stating the problem and share you roll/registration number and also attach your admit card to the mail.

Put the subject as rectification of personal details.
